## Questions about pricing

### How does the free tier work?

Book a short onboarding call. We set up your project and your first tests together on the call, then you save and rerun them yourself from the web app, the CLI or GitHub Actions. Free stays free within about 200 test runs a month; we tell you before you reach the allowance.

### Why does the free tier need an onboarding call?

Access is provisioned by hand while we onboard the first customers, and the call gets your first checklist item running on your own app faster than reading docs. There is no instant self-serve signup yet.

### What counts as a test run?

One execution of one test in a browser, whether it starts from the web app, the CLI or GitHub Actions. Verification runs during checklist import count too.

### How is pilot usage agreed?

We agree the scope of your team's release checklist, run cadence and any schedules during onboarding. The Pilot is a monthly service on a dedicated instance, not a per-run credit plan.

### What happens after the first month?

The Pilot continues month to month and you can cancel at any time. Your tests are plain YAML you can export.

### Can I pay by invoice?

Yes, on the Enterprise plan. Contact sales.

### Where does my data go?

Selected YAML, the page context needed for AI, and run results and artifacts go to your Zerocheck instance. Only the test secrets your config references are read. The docs describe exactly what leaves your machine.

No per-seat charges describes the pricing model; the current instance does not provide separate user accounts or SSO.
