# What Is Test Coverage?

## Definition

Test coverage describes what a set of tests exercises. Code coverage measures executed code; behavioral coverage asks which user outcomes and edge cases have been tested.

## Why it matters

A high code-coverage percentage does not establish that the purchase or onboarding journey works. A browser suite also covers only the flows and assertions actually executed.

## How teams handle it today

Teams maintain a deliberate list of important behaviors, map tests to it and review gaps as the product changes. They distinguish test counts from useful coverage.

## How Zerocheck approaches it

Zerocheck helps turn your release checklist into browser tests, with a visible result for each drafted item. It does not crawl the application, measure code coverage or calculate a coverage score. Your team decides which flows belong in the suite.
