# What Is No-Code Testing?

## Definition

No-code testing lets someone define tests without writing a conventional test program. It can use a visual editor, recorded actions or natural-language descriptions.

## Why it matters

Removing test-script syntax can make authoring more accessible. It does not remove the need for a precise expectation, a usable environment or stable test data.

## How teams handle it today

Teams choose a tool whose tests are understandable to the people who know the product. They evaluate editing, failure investigation and export alongside initial creation.

## How Zerocheck approaches it

Zerocheck starts in the web app. Describe a flow or import a checklist, review editable steps and save the test after inspecting its result. Hosted web testing needs no local install; CLI workflows are optional.
